At the time of this podcast's recording, Keiser was still in negotiations with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management to build the new 27-hole course. However, plans to build Bandon Muni ended in late September due to what Keiser calls, "unworkable terms" with officials. We are releasing this interview to give context to Keiser's side of the story.
